Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the limited nature of many of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Limited Edition Items

All limited edition, exclusive, and limited-release products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental purchases

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Standard Items

For products that are not marked as limited edition or final sale, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and any tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellations are no longer possible.
